The results of Stormy Daniels’ polygraph exam just came out, and Trump is seeing red

- Maret 20, 2018

The lengthy legal battle between President Donald Trump and his ex-mistress, adult star Stephanie “Stormy Daniels” Clifford, took yet another bizarre turn on Tuesday when NBC News reported that in 2011, Daniels had taken a polygraph test at the request of a magazine interviewer.

The examiner concluded within 99% probability that she had, in fact, had unprotected vaginal sex with Donald J. Trump in 2006, shortly after his wife Melania had given birth to his son Barron.

There’s even a picture to prove it.

Michael Avenetti, Ms. Clifford’s attorney, confirmed to NBC News that the photo depicted above is a still grabbed from a video of Clifford taken during the administration of the lie detector test in question.

“Long before Mr. Trump announced his candidacy for the presidency, Ms. Clifford passed a lie detector test confirming her relationship with Mr. Trump,” Avenatti stated. “Where are his test results claiming otherwise? Where are Mr. Cohen’s test results claiming otherwise? When this is over, the American people will know the truth about the relationship and the cover-up.”

The alleged affair between Trump and Clifford has largely dominated the news cycle the past few weeks, ever since Clifford publicly challenged a 2016 non-disclosure agreement and hush-payment of $130,000 which she and her legal team claim is invalid because President Deals forgot to sign it.

The White House and Trump’s legal team have vehemently denied the alleged sexual encounter. Even so, Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen admits he “facilitated” the $130,000 payment to Clifford and was never reimbursed by the president. This admission not only makes Trump look like a cheapskate but also washes him clean of accusations the campaign broke campaign finance laws since neither the Trump Organization or campaign are formally tied to the payment.

Years before the hush agreement, Clifford gave an interview to InTouch magazine, which has said that she passed a polygraph test pictured above. Details of that exam, however, have not been released until now.

The report was prepared by a Las Vegas company called Western Security Consultants, who say the purpose of the polygraph examination was to “determine if Ms. Clifford had vaginal intercourse with Donald Trump in July 2006,” as she claims.

The examiner asked her a series of questions, three of which were relevant to the alleged affair:

“Around July 2006, did you have vaginal intercourse with Donald Trump?”

“Around July 2006, did you have unprotected sex with Donald Trump?”

“Did Trump say he would get you on ‘The Apprentice’?”

According to the report, Ms. Clifford answered “yes” to each question, with no indication from Western Security Consultants that she was telling anything but the truth.

In fact, the examiner used two separate methods to analyze the data, according to the report. The first used an algorithm the report indicated was developed by Johns Hopkins University. It found there was a 1 percent chance of deception for the three “yes” answers. A second analysis method found there was adequate evidence Clifford was telling the truth on the first two questions which pertained to sexual relations, and it was inconclusive for the third which pertained only to Trump’s alleged promise that the affair would land Clifford a spot on the Apprentice.

Neither the White House nor Trump’s legal team have yet to respond to the polygraph results.

The report further elaborates that a sister publication to InTouch, Life&Style, requested the polygraph test. Bauer, the publisher of both publications, told the Associated Press that the results of the polygraph and the accompanying interview did not run in 2011 because Cohen threatened the publication with legal action.

The story finally ran in February of this year, after Clifford and Avanetti revealed the non-disclosure agreement and $130,000 payment was invalid because Trump failed to sign it.

In spite of that, Trump and Cohen maintain that Clifford is in breach of the 2016 non-disclosure agreement as well as a temporary restraining order issued against her before her lawsuit was filed.

Court documents filed by team Trump last Friday indicate Clifford is liable for $1 million in damages for each violation of the stated terms, placing her at a whopping $20 million so far.

In spite of all the mounting evidence, the White House continues to distance itself and Trump from Clifford and her lawsuit. Sarah Huckabee Sanders still maintains she, her colleagues, nor Trump were aware of the $130,000 payment. Even so, after pushing to move the case to federal court, Trump finally agreed to move the case to a state court in California.

But no matter how hard he tries to silence his ex-mistress, she is resolutely on the warpath and shows no signs of giving up – and the evidence is clearly on her side.
